1. What wheeltodeal.com is

wheeltodeal.com is a classifieds platform where private sellers and car dealerships can list vehicles for sale or rent, and where visitors can browse, search, and contact sellers directly. We are not a dealer, broker, or party to any transaction — we simply provide the space where buyers and sellers find each other.

2. Accounts

To post a listing, you must register an account as either a Private Seller or a Car Dealership, and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. During registration, you must affirmatively confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; registration cannot be completed without this confirmation.

3. Listings

Every listing must include accurate vehicle information, an honest title status (Clean, Salvage, Rebuilt, or Other), and real, unedited photos of the actual vehicle being sold or rented. Listings with stock photos, photos of a different vehicle, or photos that don't show a car will be removed.

By posting a listing, you confirm that you own the vehicle or have the explicit authorization of its legal owner to list it for sale or rent. You are solely and fully responsible for any claim, dispute, or damage that results from listing a vehicle without proper ownership or authorization. wheeltodeal.com bears no responsibility for unauthorized listings.

If you delete a listing and re-list the same vehicle (same make, model, and year) within 30 days, a re-listing fee may apply. Waiting 30 days or more before re-listing the same vehicle is free.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not: post a vehicle you don't have the right to sell or rent; misrepresent a vehicle's condition, history, or title status; use another person's photos or information; harass or defraud other users; or use the platform for anything illegal. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. No responsibility for transactions

wheeltodeal.com does not inspect vehicles, verify sellers' claims, hold funds, or participate in any sale or rental agreement. We do not participate in, mediate, or facilitate the negotiation between buyers and sellers in any way — all communication and negotiation happens directly and independently between the parties. Any transaction, negotiation, payment, or exchange happens entirely between the buyer and seller, at their own risk. We are not responsible for the condition, legality, ownership, title status, or delivery of any vehicle, or for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction or interaction between users.

6. Reporting

If you believe a listing is fraudulent, misleading, or violates these terms, please use the "Report this listing" button on the listing page. We review reports and may remove listings or restrict accounts at our discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use wheeltodeal.com after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
