When you register, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, city, state, and account type (Private Seller or Car Dealership). When you create a listing, we collect the vehicle details and photos you provide. When you report a listing, we collect the reason you give us.

We use this information to operate the marketplace: creating and securing your account, displaying your listings to other visitors, verifying your email address, reviewing reported listings, and enforcing our Terms of Service (including the 30-day re-listing rule).
3. What's shown publicly
Your listing details and photos, your full name, your account type (Private Seller or Car Dealership), and your phone number are shown publicly on your listings, so buyers can contact you directly. Your email address and exact account activity are not shown publicly.
4. Where it's stored
Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase), hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard access controls so that only you can edit your own account and listings, and only site administrators can review reports.
5. Your choices
You can edit or delete your own listings at any time from your profile. To request a copy of your data or to close your account entirely, contact us using the details below.
